Radio: Beginning in February, 2018 we will begin an extensive radio campaign promoting the Georgia Film Trade Show and Networking Event with live liners, recorded promos and commercials, ticket giveaways as well as a live broadcast from the Georgia International Convention Center on Monday, March 5, 2018.
Social Media Platforms: Extensive Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Email will be used to promote the Georgia Film Trade Show & Networking Event before, during and after the event.
Direct Community Engagement: Over 25,000 promotional flyers will be distributed on college/university campuses, in shopping centers and at special/social events.

EXHIBITOR DO’S & DONT’S
All exhibitor purchases are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Full payment is required to reserve an exhibitor space. Payment is by credit or debit card only.
We are presently grouping vendors by category to provide a better user experience for attendees. Information will be provided 30 days prior to the event.
There will be no music played in any form without specail permission from show management.
No helium tanks permitted on exhibit floor.
All drapes, curtains, table coverings and skirts, carpet or any materials used in exhibits must be flame retardant. All such material is subject to inspection and flame testing by the Fire Marshall.
Decorations may not be taped, tacked or fastened to ceilings, painted surfaces, columns or fabric walls.
All decorations, including tape from floors must removed at the end of the event.
No burning of incense or use of any other lighted material in or near the exhibit hall.
Adhesive-backed decals and stickers may not be distributed inside the facility or on the premises.
Glitter is not permitted in carpeted areas of the Convention Center.
No sale of guns or ammunition.
No sale of counterfeit merchandise such as DVDs, CDs or clothing.
No sale for food or beverages.
FilmHubATL is not responsible for any items that are missing, lost or stolen from your exhibitor area.
All exhibitors are required to be set up and ready to display no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
Electricity is provided at additional cost. Requirements shall be received no later than 14 days prior to move-in to qualify for advance rate. Estimated cost for 120 volts is $50.00.
WiFi is provided at an additional cost. Estimated cost is $50.00 per device.
Parking instructions and loading/unloading instruction will be provided prior to the event.
WHAT IS THE GEORGIA INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER AND WHERE IS THE GEORGIA FILM TRADE SHOW.
The GICC is Georgia’s second largest convention center
• The GICC is conveniently located one-quarter mile from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
• The GICC is directly connected to the airport via the free ATL Sky Train. The free ATL Sky Train travels along a 1.6 mile elevated guideway. First stop: the GICC in just two minutes. Second and final stop the Rental Car Center (RCC). Air travelers enjoy a free and easy connection to their rental cars and the GICC, avoiding the inconveniences associated with ground transportation and rental agency shuttle buses.
• The Gateway Center is comprised of the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), 3-full service hotels, a Class-A office building, the BMW Training Center, a new arena opening Fall of 2019 as well as dining options
