This FREE Film and Music Networking Event is one of the largest and most exciting entertainment events in the State of Georgia. You’ll have the chance to market your products and services, meet investors and casting agents, see live demonstrations, perform on stage and pitch your film projects. Free games, entertainment, guest speakers and super fun! Vendor opportunities available. This is a great opportunity to introduce your products and services to an increasingly affluent and educated community of film makers. The fun begins at 4:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.

The event features a unique platform that actually encourages people to talk to each other. You’ll be greeted by two ducks, one chicken and one bear walking around to make the event fun and festive. We also have signs indicating roles, like Producer, Director, Sound, etc. These are used to help people self-identify so they can be found.

ADVERTISING AND MEDIA

Several local and national media channels will be covering the event.

Radio: Beginning in July, 2018 we will begin an extensive radio campaign promoting the Film and Music Networking Event with live liners, recorded promos and commercials, ticket giveaways as well as a live broadcast from Cobb Galleria on Aug 11, 2018.

Social Media Platforms: Extensive Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Email will be used to promote the Film and Music Networking Event before, during and after the event.

Direct Community Engagement: Over 25,000 promotional flyers will be distributed on college/university campuses, in shopping centers and at special/social events.
